How do Excel and Google Sheets work?
Extract the ZIP and open the XLSX in Excel. For Sheets, upload your own file to your own Drive, open with Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. Keep sharing Restricted. No seller-owned public template links. Tested in Microsoft 365 Excel for Mac and native Sheets in desktop Chrome. Other spreadsheet apps and mobile use are not separately tested. Excel sold separately.
What updates automatically?
Valid Yes RSVPs feed Per confirmed guest costs. Payments feed Budget balances. Tables count assigned Yes guests. Timeline uses the wedding date and ceremony time. Quotes transfer to Budget manually. One automatic per-guest rate includes adults and children; different child rates require separate Fixed lines and manual quantities.
What are the limits?
USD labels, one wedding per saved copy and prepared rows only. No graphical seating chart, RSVP website, staged deposit schedule, bank sync, bookings or automated messages. Enter all-in rates including tax, fees and tips yourself. All entered valid actual payments count regardless of review date. Review date controls overdue warnings. Formulas are unlocked; keep backups and fix visible warnings before relying on totals.
Does this overlap another NeatMargin bundle?
No identical files appear in the other bundles. Event-planning features can overlap in purpose. This is one integrated tool with a Blank and Demo copy; it is not eight separate products. License is for one purchaser's own household event, without resale or public template sharing.
